Meet the Staff at Standard Auto Care in Sacramento:
Tom: Service and operations manager: Prior to managing a repair business 22 years ago I started out as a smog technician focusing on computer diagnostics. My skill sets were better suited to management and customer service so I quickly moved into the office. My technical background helps immensely to strategize how to accomplish more complex repairs and mange technicians capable of doing those repairs. I'm passionate about helping our customers to have a relaxed and smooth repair experience. Helping people has always been very important to me.
Sue: Service advisor: She is also in charge of legal and finance. Sue is tough and capable as she owned and operated a taxi cab business in Oklahoma City for some time before moving back here to Sacramento her home town. I think you will find that she is very efficient and dependable. She is the go to person for customer service and is very capable and well liked especially by our women customers.
Judy: Office Support and Administration: I only work a few hours per week on office administrative filing and other misc duties. The entire staff is really like a big family to me. Everyone is so nice to work with. I'm also retired and loving it.
