They were outstandingly helpful: arranged a same day tow-in of our unexpectedly disabled car, diagnosed its problems the next day, and competently corrected them in about 2 days. Maybe we were lucky, but other shops I called wouldn't help arrange a tow, would not even diagnose the problem soonest ("in a week"), etc. Standard Auto clearly does not take customers for granted, not even first time call-in customers.

Can't say it enough - Sue is awesome as well as the mechanics! Never no b.s. or extras - straight forward and honest. As they say, "Good work ain't cheap - cheap work ain't no good!"
