I took my car in today to Standard Auto Care for a second opinion and an estimate for oil leak repairs. They did confirm the same oil leak that was diagnosed by another auto shop. They installed a dye to track the oil leaks in my car, the dye confirmed additional leaks as well. The additional leaks were not detected by the other auto shop. I was very impressed with the forthrightness and the thorough attention to detail that was provided in the diagnosis of my car. Tom broke it down and patiently explained the leaks to me, and what needed to be done to repair the leaks. He will be providing me with a written, detailed plan to repair the leaks in order of priority along with an estimate for each repair. Also, to my surprise and delight I received a beautiful rose and candy. Thank you Tom and Sue for taking time to explain everything about the oil leaks.

I've had a month from hell crowned by my car intermittently failing to start. Standard Auto Care fixed the issue and treated me with kindness I do not at all expect from car mechanics. Thank you and I'll be back.

The folks at Standard Auto always try to get our car in if we have a problem. My daughter came down from Idaho with a noise in the front end of her car, I called Sue and they got her in very fast and did not give up until they felt her car was fixed and safe enough to drive back to Idaho. Happily she got home in good shape.
