I brought my car in for a tune up and I must admit I was reluctant to let him service my car after he quoted me the price to repair. I thought he was trying to pull a fast one o me because of my ignorance with automobiles. I got some other quotes and it was similar price. Tom communicated clearly so I could understand what was wrong. He also worked with me on price to fit my budget. Also he called me the next day to tell me he over charged me by mistake. He did not have to do that. Thanks Tom. To top it off he also have me 25 dollars towards my next service. That's great customer service. Thanks again Tom.

My Mercedes needed the 50,000 mi. maintenance service. We called Standard Auto Care and Sue asked when we would like to go in. We gave her a date and time that was convenient for us and she said bring it in. Upon our arrival, Sue discussed what needs to be done and because it's a Mercedes, they don't have all the parts in their shop but Tom can go get them. 2 1/2 hours and it's done! We are very please with the service!

Outstanding shop for auto repair. Fast, very honest, and reasonable cost. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. They work with you and your schedule to make sure you are back on the road as soon as possible. Can't say enough good things about Tom and his crew.

Always a pleasure doing business here. Their inspection of vehicle during oil change identifies any problems quickly. They can then advise you whether it is something that can wait or should be taken care of immediately. Being a woman, some places take advantage of you, not so here. Sue, the primary contact in office, offers detailed explanations on what is needed. I trust in how they run their business. They do quality work and reward you with sweets and roses.
