Prior to managing a repair business 22 years ago I started out as a smog technician focusing on computer diagnostics. My skill sets were better suited to management and customer service so I quickly moved into the office. My technical background helps immensely to strategize how to accomplish more complex repairs and manage technicians capable of doing those repairs. I'm passionate about helping our customers to have a relaxed and smooth repair experience. Helping people has always been very important to me.
