I trust these people completely. They are honest, fair, and friendly. My repairs were expected to take all day, but they were completed in less than 2 hours, so the labor charge was discounted, plus I had a coupon. Awesome!

They were very friendly, genuinely concerned and up front with my repair needs. They kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle repair and any additional safety issues that were found.

I took my vehicle in to get a no start diagnosis. It took them about 3 days to diagnose. I was told it took longer because my vehicle is diesel and they don't really work on them. Okay fine. They then told me that they can repair it and gave me a quote. I needed my car so I agreed to their service charge and repair. I called about a week later for an update and I was told it's being worked on. Called another week for an update and I was told the mechanic was sick and cannot finish. I then asked for an estimated date for when it was going to be repaired and was told "there is no estimate day when it'll be fixed." Fine right? Waiting almost another week and stopped by to see them face to face. I just requested my car when I got there and the person in front said, "Good thing you came in, I was going to call you, WE CAN'T FIX IT. The mechanic who has the special tools is no longer with us and took them with him." Took almost 3 weeks for them to tell me it couldn't be fixed. I do not recommend this "repair" shop for diesel or any European vehicles. Called the dealership and said it'll take them 1-2 days max. Should have gone there from the start. I understand things happen and all, but it should not have taken that long to tell me that it could not be fixed by them. Should not have taken the job. Worst experience ever!

Due to the unusual nature of your car being a Volkswagen diesel there were 5 separate specialty tools needed to perform the repair which we did not discover until it was time to do it. We also lost our diesel technician during that time frame which resulted in your inconvenience. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are happy that you found another solution.

After searching from shop to shop to fix my Jeep these guys welcomed me in right away. They took the time to listen to my concerns. They test drove the Jeep and then showed me exactly what was wrong and options to fix. Amazing customer service!! Definitely trustworthy. You all should consider this place as your first place to go!!
