Came in for a pre-purchase inspection of my vehicle and they made false claims about my vehicle. Do not go here.

I see that you are not the person that ordered the pre-purchase inspection. You are the seller of the car that we inspected for our customer. I understand why you would be upset that you lost the sale because we found things wrong with it. This is the reason people get cars inspected before buying them. To avoid buying a car with issues. It is in very bad taste of you to bash us for doing our jobs under the circumstances. Our customer however was very happy with the results since we saved them from making a big mistake.

I've had a month from hell crowned by my car intermittently failing to start. Standard Auto Care fixed the issue and treated me with kindness I do not at all expect from car mechanics. Thank you and I'll be back.

Great service. Nice to get a diagnostic (along with an explanation) included with the oil change.

The folks at Standard Auto always try to get our car in if we have a problem. My daughter came down from Idaho with a noise in the front end of her car, I called Sue and they got her in very fast and did not give up until they felt her car was fixed and safe enough to drive back to Idaho. Happily she got home in good shape.

In 33 years of driving and caring for my automobiles I have experienced their brand of customer care only once. They were beyond competent and fair, and as I had just moved to Sacramento in a rather dramatic and difficult move, they were sensitive to my needs far beyond any auto repair service center I have ever dealt with. No kidding, they give you a rose when you leave the desk and little hand-wrapped packet of candy for you on your seat. I had originally taken the car to Honda and for $600 less Standard Auto completed nearly double the repair work. It was an awesome experience and I am so grateful for their expertise and kindness!
