I decided to change mechanics because my well known mechanic, who does not make appointments, was too busy to work on my car the last two times I showed up first thing in the morning. Standard Auto Care, Thank you for your honesty, excellent service and having my car ready so fast, They even gave me a loaner. Tom, the owner even showed me pictures of what the dealership had missed, it could of have cost me my life, you saved me money and and now I feel safe.I will not be going back to the dealership but will be bringing my car to you.

Standard auto care has done all my personal and business vehicles for years. Biggest thing for me is TRUST. I can honestly say I trust Tom and his crew on my cars.Has a transmission blow in one of my service Vans and he inspected it for me. he offered me several options and suggested that i get it repaired for free at the ford dealership. WHO DOES THAT?!?! gives away a job for a happy customer. You know who does? Tom Hipp from standard auto care. Has my business and wouldn't hesitate to send other people his way.Thanks Tom!

Tom and Sue are awesome. I could not recommend the shop more. I have 3 vehicles and this is the only place I take them to!

I called them because my car's battery was completely dead and I had no way of getting it out my driveway. The owner, Tom, assured me that he could send someone to come and have my car towed (for basically free). Sue was also very helpful. She explained to me what else needed to be done to my car without me feeling pressured. I even walked out with a rose and a bag of sweets :) I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone I know. Best customer service I've ever had.

My sister and I came here after her car battery died in our driveway. They came to tow it to their shop and once we were there they made sure my sister knew all her options. They don't do anything on your car without your knowledge and permission. They explained really well what was wrong and what needed to be done but they did not pressure my sister to anything. The customer service is superb! I know where I'm getting all my car repairs done and I would 100% recommend this location to my friends.
